Words can hardly express how incredible this couple is. They are full of joy, hilarious, and such sweet souls. From an engagement session, to their wedding day, and now a maternity session, I think I'm on my way to becoming the official Bunday family photographer. Loved hanging out with them and capturing such an exciting moment as they get ready to welcome a little lady to their family. I can't wait to meet that baby girl and tell her how awesome her parents are!

Over a year into business, these gals were long overdue for some new portraits! Each one of them radiates beauty inside and out and I'm so blessed to do life with them. You can see how the photos came to life over on their website.

I partner with my dear friends Light & Dwell as their Brand Director & Photographer. Not only do I get the privilege of playing a role in the interior design process, but I also get to photograph the finished product as they complete a client's home.
The Salem Scandinavian House was breathtaking and I'm always amazed at how talented these ladies are. To see more details about this project, as well as where to buy all the pretty home things pictured, see their blog post here.

Another great shoot with Wild Friends Foods! It's always a blast doing a photo refresh for them. Not only do I eat my weight in peanut butter, but it's also a great time to catch up (Erika, Keeley and I have been friends since High School). This time I jumped in a few photos at the end and handed Erika the camera (the outfit just "worked", ya know?) to show off their packets and new super butter. If you haven't tried their products, you're seriously missing out!
Current favorite flavor: Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter

I love any excuse to get out to Central Oregon, and this engagement party was a perfect one! Despite the crazy Oregon rain we've been having, this ended up being one of the warmer days in April. We were able to open up the doors and enjoy that Redmond spring air while Hailey & Andrew celebrated their engagement with close friends and family.

I absolutely loved playing a role in this proposal. Kyle and I chatted a few weeks prior as he mapped out his plan to propose to Danica. It went off without a hitch, and Danica was totally surprised! Little did she know, that shortly after the initial proposal surprise, there was an engagement party waiting for her at Kyle's parents. Such a sweet afternoon documenting the celebration!

Tis the season for almost-college-grad photos! This girl is gold inside and out and I can hardly believe she's about to graduate! Loved catching up with her and spending some time together this past holiday season. Not only is she going to make an amazing teacher, but she's gifted at lettering as well. Check out her stuff here.
Such a great NYE morning spent with this adorable family in their stunning home. Isla already has so much character, and loved being in front of the camera. Welcome to the world sweet baby Wyatt, you're one lucky little guy!
Jazz, Kyle, Fly and I wandered around Wilsonville Memorial Park this past fall to take some fun candid shots. I adore this couple and their sweet pup and am so thankful for the past several years of friendship. They're off to new adventures in Hermiston next week, and as much as it breaks my heart to see them go, I'm so excited for all they have ahead. And now they have a huge pool of fun photos to hang in their new place!
Where do I even begin? Cole and I have been close friends for several years and I had the privilege of being at camp with them (and roommates with Jenica) the summer that they met. I loved watching their relationship begin and grow and now to be counting down the days until their wedding is just too exciting to handle. They are outstanding individually, and so together, their unstoppable. Jen and Cole are a dream team and in a constant state of having fun. Their energy is contagious and I can hardly wait to dance ALL night long at their wedding. Love you guys!
I loved seeing Lynne's gorgeous home and snapping some portraits for her to use on her website/social media. She is an interior designer that recently relocated from Portland to LA. Check out her work here. Also, she has the most photogenic pup of all time.
What a “treat” to be a part of this fun lifestyle photo session with Wild Friends. We gathered together some of our favorite families and photographed their kiddos snacking on some Wild Friends product. There were so many great moments and hilarious emotion captured in this energy-filled evening. Not only are they about the cutest kids you’ve ever seen, but man do these photos make you want some peanut butter. Check out what Wild Friends is up to these days, and go buy a jar for yourself!
Alex & Maria hosted the most gorgeous and quaint backyard wedding. Not only did their wedding highlight Maria's Greek heritage, but also their personalities. It was an evening filled with family and close friends, tacos and hours of traditional Greek dancing. I loved getting to know these two more and help document their festive day!
Brooke & Robert had the most gorgeous wine country wedding. Every little detail was stunning, and they were surround by such incredible friends and family. The weather stay perfectly overcast for us and I loved how "sparkly" her bridesmaids were. So thankful to have been a part of their day!
If there were such a thing as the most joyful couple EVER, I'm pretty sure it'd be Cas & Andrew. They are so genuine and intentional with each other, and those around them. What a gift it was to be a part of their wedding day. The venue was gorgeous and provided such incredible photo opportunities no matter where you were. They laughed (a ton), ate incredible food and danced their hearts out.
A few weeks ago I traveled up to Seattle with my dear friends over at Light and Dwell to photograph a home they were styling. This clients home was absolutely incredible and had such a stunning view of the Sound. While they styled the home all day Saturday, I explored (and ate) my way through Seattle with my cousin and then spent the morning on Sunday photographing all of their beautiful work. For more details on this home and what they do over at Light and Dwell, head over and check out their blog!
What a gift to be a part of this incredible day! Josh and Jenna have been close friends of my brothers for many years now and we’ve always considered them part of the family. They’ve been dating since they were sophomores in High School and now, they’re engaged! I convinced Jenna we were doing a beachy “styled session”, and that I’d been dying to do photos at Cape Kiwanda. She complied, and I met them out there in the early evening on Memorial Day.
We hiked up near the dunes and explored around taking a few photos for about 15-20 minutes and then after an outfit change and a few more photos, Josh got down on one knee. Such a sweet moment looking out on the ocean, with no one else around when Josh popped the question. Jenna of course said YES! and we proceed to take more photos as the sun was setting. Such a fun evening, and I truly feel blessed to have been there to witness (and photograph) such a monumental day in their lives.
Finally sharing some images from my two weeks spent traveling in Germany and Switzerland. Not only was it such a privilege to spend time with dear German friends, but I am still so in awe of the beauty of traveling alone. The peace, stillness, and sense of wonder that comes with truly wandering through a foreign land is so liberating. Never have I felt so free, yet so deeply connected to Jesus. So very thankful for the opportunity.
Don’t mind the occasional selfies, traveling alone produces a surprising amount of those. Locations include: Southern Germany, Berlin, Lucerne, Interlaken and lots of “through the train window” moments. Enjoy!
Yep, you read that right. Germany. This couple is so darn incredible. Saskia and I were roommates at Bible school almost 7 years ago now. She is one of my dearest friends, despite living on opposite sides of the planet, and her now husband, Josef, could not be more perfect for her. Back when she first got engaged we started the conversation about me coming out for the wedding…and long story short, we made it happen! I absolutely loved getting to know their culture, community, playing a role in their big day and photographing the wedding. More photos from my 2 weeks in Europe to come, but for now, enjoy Saskia & Josef’s rad German wedding!
After a few weeks of intense rain, the sun finally peeked out for this beautiful engagement session at Finely Wildlife Refuge just outside of Corvallis. We hit the lighting at just the right time and found tons of amazing scenery all over the park. Cassie and Andrew are two people that are both just overflowing with an abundance of contagious joy. I have loved observing their relationship and the way that they put Christ at the center. I’m so excited to be a part of your wedding this summer you two, only a few more months to go!
Surprise! Slater and I schemed together for weeks prior about how to make this photo shoot happen smoothly. He surprised his girlfriend with a photo shoot for her birthday, and boy was it a success! We hung out at Cathedral Park with their pup and took so many fun candid photos of the 3 of them (yes, dog included!). Slater and I have known each other since my first few years of college and it was a blast getting to know Carolyn a little bit during the shoot. Thanks for letting me help out with the birthday fun you two – what a blast!
I woke up the morning of Katie & Mark’s wedding, to find a few inches of white on the ground. Thanks to my Subaru, nothing could stand in the way of making the trek out to Silver Falls for their wedding. It’s been a dream of mine to photograph a wedding in the snow, and this day sure made it possible. Katie & Mark have an incredible story and I feel so privileged to have been a part of their special day. The wedding was small and intimate, and the bridal party was so much fun! We adventured around the park, pulling over the cars at every stunning backdrop we could find to take photos. Everything was planned perfectly and all of the little details came together so well. Katie & Mark, I loved meeting you and spending this incredible day with you. Big things are ahead – can’t wait to see how it all unfolds!
The DeHaven’s and I go way back…as in, about as far back as it gets. My parents, along with Dan & Kristie, were in a bible study group together way before kids…and then all of us kids started making an appearance. We all have grown up together as if we were siblings, and so taking photos of this crew felt like I was just hanging with the fam. If only I had $1 for every time a stranger asked, “Do you want me to take a photo of all of you??” Thanks, but I’m good right here behind the camera. ;)
We started out our photo session in NW Portland and made our way over to the Eastbank Esplanade just as the sun was setting. To say it was “cold” would be an understatement, but they powered through and we had so much fun laughing together and capturing sweet memories of this season of life. So so thankful for each and every one of you, and blessed to have been able to spend this time together!
Wow. This couple. What a blessing it was to spend a few hours with them in Portland for their engagement photos. Krista and I have been a part of a small group together for the last 4 years and it has been a joy doing life together. Krista is such a radiant light and encouragement for everyone she comes into contact with, and clearly had an impact on Logan 😉 It’s been so fun to watch this relationship from the beginning…from “friend-zone” to fiancé. I love the dynamic between the two of them. I’m confident they are going to make one incredible team and will have a huge impact wherever the Lord takes them.
We went to Hoyt Arboretum as well as School House Electric & Supply Co. for their photos, and I loved how relaxed they were the whole time. Sit on the railroad tracks? Stand in the middle of the road? Take photos where we’re not supposed to? Sure! Why not?! We had a blast, and I’d do it all over again if we could. Love you guys! Can’t wait for next summer!
