QUESTIONNAIRE
After you’ve purchased your favorite semi-custom brand, you’ll receive an emailed pdf with next steps, including a link to a design questionnaire that helps me get to know your business, and customize your new brand.
CUSTOMIZATION
Together we’ll update the logo family with your own business name, tagline and accent wording, and change the color palette (if desired). One revision is included, but additional revisions can easily be added on if needed.
FILE DELIVERY
Once we’ve finalized the designs, you’ll walk away with a “logo family” (several logo variations that cohesively go together), color palette, brand guidelines, and final logo files in all the formats, for all the things.

Once you’ve purchased your semi-custom brand and have filled out the design questionnaire, turnaround time for final files is 3-5 business days (contingent upon client response time).
That being said, life does happen (sick kids, vacation, etc.) and I will communicate any need for a timeline extension up front.
If I’m going to be out of office for an extended length of time, it will be noted at the top of this page!

This brand will not be exclusive to you, as semi-custom brands are intended to be fast and affordable. You may see another business with a similar aesthetic.

You’ll receive a brand guidelines pdf that includes the CMYK, RGB and HEX codes for your color palette, in addition to all final files in EPS, PNG, and JPG.

Unfortunately we can’t give you the fonts due to font licensing laws, but I will provide all font names and links so you can purchase and download for your own use.
I strive to use affordable (or sometimes free!) fonts, and in the event that a more expensive font is used, I will suggest a free alternative.

Once you see your logo family design, if you really don’t like the way your name looks in the logo, within the included revision we can work together to tweak fonts or show you what your name would look like in one of our other designs.
Keep in mind that only one round of revisions is included. Additional revisions and design time will be billed at $95/hr.

The fun doesn’t have to end once we complete your semi-custom brand. I can be your on-call gal for smaller design requests on an as-needed basis. With quick turnarounds and billed at my hourly rate of $95/hr, you get the perks of an in-house designer, without the hassle of having to hire one.
