The Edit: Winter 2021

Snow is in the forecast for us today and I can hardly wait! I know so many folks are dying for Spring this time of year, but I’m all about hanging onto these cozy winter months for a bit longer. Life has been full as we continue learning how to balance working from home with a little one, but we’re loving every second of watching Ez grow and learn new things. He’s rolling over like crazy, has hilarious giggle fits, LOVES his books and toys and is such a content and happy baby. But you aren’t here for a baby update…or are you?! ;) Keep reading for this quarter’s Edit of what I’ve been pinning, reading, listening to and more!

pinning

Have a bunch of new client projects starting in the coming weeks and getting excited to dive into mood boards! Personally, I’ve been pinning all things dark exteriors, cozy layers and fresh branding. Follow along on Pinterest here.

scrolling

To be honest, I’ve taken a step back from Instagram. It’s not the app it used to be and it’s been nice to not worry so much about keeping up with it. Of course I’m still scrolling, but not really anything new. I’m on there for a few of my favorite accounts, to connect with friends, and do lots of baby research. For the time being, I’m not obsessing over creating content, and instead simply posting some portfolio work on my business page (when I feel like it) and lots of cute baby photos on my personal page. :) Would love to have you follow along!

listening

Been loving everything Maverick City Music has been releasing lately, and of course, never not listening to Justin Bieber.

what’s currently on my bookshelf

The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry - My current bedtime book, and only a few chapters in, but loving the message so far.

Cut Flower Garden - Received this pretty book for Christmas and it’s next up on my list to dive into and start planning my corner of our garden for this year.

Made for Living - Another Christmas gift that’s front and center on our coffee table right now. Absolutely stunning inspiration!

Oil + Glass - Recently read this essential oil recipe book cover to cover and have already made a few new items to have around the house. Essential oils are a big part of our home and I’ve loved having some new remedies to try!

shopping list

My online shopping carts have been a nice balance of baby and home items lately. I love adding some fresh new decor after the holidays, and of course a few wardrobe updates as well.
